In our last newsletter we introduced you to InFusion, our new membership designed to support Regulatory Affairs Departments and professionals within the UK. Over the past couple of months we have been working hard to develop high quality content for ‘InFusion Graduate‘.
I am personally excited about this new offering as I see a real need, not only from the perspective of a hiring manager, but also from hearing about the struggles of university graduates. My niece graduated from university last year with a degree in pharmaceutical science and I was listening to how many people from her course are now working part time jobs that are not in the science sector as they need to earn a living but cannot get a foot in the door. That’s where InFusion Graduate comes in – graduates such as my niece can complete the training modules and turn up to an interview with a great foundation in regulatory affairs and insights into the world of pharma! But it doesn’t stop there, we will also guide them with CV and interview skills to really make them stand out.
So what can graduates expect to see? Here is a glimpse of some of the modules:
- What is Regulatory Affairs?
- Why do we have regulations?
- Who are the key Health Authorities?
- Where do I start with product labelling?
- Life Cycle Management – what do I need to know?
- What are the key milestones for new product launches
- CV and Interview skills
There is still some work to be done before the launch however we will be inviting graduates to apply for the first 10 free memberships soon! Look out for the announcements and please give any graduates you know a nudge…
