Leah Heathman BSc MTOPRA
Founder and Managing Director
Leah Heathman is an inspirational leader in the pharmaceutical arena. A true entrepreneur, Leah is known in the industry for “thinking big”. Her clients trust her to go above and beyond in providing solutions in her areas of expertise; delivering projects in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance. Always striving for outstanding results she equips and inspires her staff to consistently reach for exceptional performance and be the best they can be to make Fusion Pharma a truly unique place to work. Leah has been a member of the MHRA Review Panel since February 2022.
Prior to founding Fusion Pharma in 2013, Leah held senior regulatory roles at several pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, Abbott, Mylan and Patheon.
Nosheen Majid BSc (Hons)
Head of Regulatory Affairs
Nosheen Majid is a versatile and dedicated regulatory professional with 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Nosheen is known for her dynamic leadership throughout industry, working for brand leaders such as AstraZeneca, Abbott and AbbVie.
Nosheen excels by creating an environment where excellence and team spirit are paramount and has vast experience in leading teams in a complex and ever changing regulatory setting.
Nosheen brings forward fresh energy and a can do attitude – no challenge is too big!
Dr Lorraine Marsh (PhD) BSc PGCert FTOPRA
Head of Scientific Affairs
Dr Lorraine Marsh is a highly experienced consultant with nearly 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry – in both brand leader and generics environments and in the Human Medicines and Veterinary Medicines arenas. She has a passion for learning and sharing her considerable knowledge and has a “right first time attitude” with an incredible eye for detail. Her enthusiasm for her profession is catching and she is a positive and engaging person who enjoys a challenge!
Lorraine was awarded a PhD in pharmaceutics in collaboration with Reckitt Benckiser plc and the University of Portsmouth in 2001.
Clare Arnold

Clare Arnold has been expertly supporting businesses for over 20 years. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable in a wide range of business arenas – from Office Management and Executive Assistant roles for senior company directors through to leading Social Media Campaigns.
Clare has a track record of strong performance and enthusiasm in supporting all levels of the business to develop and streamline systems, procedures and working practices to maximise the efficiency of individuals, teams and the business as a whole.
Dr Seema Jaitly MBBS, DMS, MSc
Pharmaceutical Physician & QPPV
Dr Seema Jaitly qualified in Medicine from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1992 and worked in hospital medicine for four years. She has worked in the pharma industry for nearly 20 years at CROs and companies spanning clinical research, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance and the EU QPPV role. She oversees pharmacovigilance and medical affairs services for Fusion Pharma. She is passionate about continued professional development and is currently studying for an MSc in epidemiology with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
